QUALITY

Each piece is handmade to order in Christine’s Austin, Texas, studio. Because of the nature of handmade pieces, slight variations occur in size, shape, and texture, however great attention is given to make each perfect in its own right.

Fail Jewelry is committed to creating affordable jewelry from quality materials. Gold-fill is used over gold plate or vermeil. Gold-fill is the highest quality of a gold plating and will not rub off or turn your skin green. Typically the only people who react to gold-fill are those with an allergy to sterling silver. All of our pieces are nickel-free.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund, minus shipping charges, or exchange it against any other item. Please contact us to notify us of the return or exchange within 5 days of receipt of the piece. Special orders and custom pieces are not available for return. Pieces will not be accepted for return after 5 days but will be issued merchandise credit only. No exchanges will be accepted after 10 days after receipt. Holiday purchases made in December will be available for return or exchange through January 10.

DAMAGES & REPAIRS

If your piece arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt. If you accidentally damage your piece, or lose half of your earring pair, please contact us to discuss repair options and possible charges.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 3 to 4 days via USPS First Class Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Expedited shipping is available for additional costs. Please contact me to discuss additional options. International orders are shipped via USPS international mail.
